Residential Living Facility options offer life changing experiences. Involvement in community activities is strongly encouraged. A strong emphasis is placed on participation in church activities, involvement with civic clubs, sports, recreational events, and Special Olympics activities.

Intermediate Care Facilities ICF

• Five (5) single-family homes located in Florence, Olanta, Johnsonville, Pamplico, and Timmonsville.
• Provides twenty four (24) hour care.
• Provides supervision and training.
• Provides structured environment.
• Private rooms; personal choices.
• Social and Recreational Opportunities
• Behavior and Medical Supports

Community Residential Care Facilities (CRCF)

• Two (2) single-family homes located in Lake City. Eight (8) individuals reside in each home.
• Twenty four (24) hour care.
• Supervision and training is provided.
• Private rooms; personal choices.
• Social and Recreational Opportunities
• Behavior and Medical Supports

Community Training Homes I  

• Individuals are offered the opportunity to live in a home-like environment and become a part of a family.
• Caregivers are trained to provide care in their own home.
• Private rooms; personal choices.
• Social and Recreational Opportunities with emphasis on community inclusion.

Community Training Homes II 

• Fourteen (14) CTH II Homes.
• Individuals are offered the opportunity to live in a home-like environment and become a part of a family.
• Employees who provide care in a home owned, and operated by FCDSNB
• Private rooms; personal choices.
• Social and Recreational Opportunities
• Personalized care, supervision and individualized training.
• No more than four (4) in a CTH II.

Supervised Living

• Offers apartments, duplexes or single dwellings located in Florence, and Lake City
• Promotes full independence.
• Supervision and supports are in place based upon individual needs.
• Staff are available twenty four (24) hours a day to assist as needed.
• Individuals may live alone or have roommates to share expenses.
